We will review your previous three years' tax returns to ensure you claimed all the deductions or credits you are entitled to by law. There is no charge for the Tax Return Review service. If we identify additional refund amounts to which you are entitled, there is a charge to prepare the amended federal and/or state returns to claim those refunds.
The focus will be on your 2007 tax return, but we will also review at no charge your 2006 and 2005 returns.
We will conduct a preliminary review of those returns you submit to us and then send you follow-up questions based on the content of your returns.
If we find there should be no changes to your return, we will send back your tax returns and documents and there is no charge.
If we find additional tax savings available for one or more tax years, we will send you an e-mail outlining the potential additional refund and detailing the fee that would be charged to prepare amended returns for you to file. You then decide if you wish to proceed with amending your returns.
To start your Tax Return Review, submit copies of your last three years' federal and state income tax returns to us. You can fax, mail, email or drop them off at our office. Please make sure to let us know what your current address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers are.
